The House Chalet is 4.7 miles from the slopes at Holiday Valley. Offering a peaceful setting with a pond and stream, large floor plan for a family and only minutes from the Village of Ellicottville. The main level has a large great room with a woodstove and wet bar with mini fridge, fully equipped, eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and Frenchwood doors leading to back patio and serene back yard. In addition, a bedroom with a queen, bedroom with 2 sets of double bottom/single top bunk beds and a bath with neoangle shower. Continue up the stairs to the second level to a bedroom with a double futon, a bedroom with a queen and a full bath with Jacuzzi jet tub and neoangle shower. The chalet sleeps 10 people comfortably and is fully equipped with all dishes, linens, and towels for the maximum number of people that it sleeps.
